Sir Ken Robinson TED Talk

TED presentations provide informative and entertaining insights into a wide range of human endeavors.

This presentation was delivered at the TED Education Talks in April this year, by the brilliant, wise and witty Sir Ken Robinson. He talks of the importance of creativity and imagination in school education – and criticises where these qualities have been lacking. 

Although his immediate context is the USA – and the "No Child Left Behind" national American policy – I believe his speech has real resonance for all educators (incidentally, he mentions Australia as an example of a successful school education nation).

I highly recommend Sir Ken's video as great food for thought and reflection for anyone interested in education and most importantly, learning.
